What is the Canadian College Poker Championship?

The Canadian College Poker Championship is an online Texas Hold 'em No Limit poker tournament, open exclusively to registered College/University students in Canada . In May 2008 one student will claim the title of "The Best Canadian College Poker Player in Canada for 2008".

The Canadian College Poker Championship has goals that include:

Fund students College/University costs by using poker as a fun tool

Our goal is to find the best Canadian College Poker Player in Canada, this event is free to enter for all post secondary students. There is no purchase required to compete in the Canadian College Poker Championship.
It's 100% Free For Everyone!

Eligibility

Any Post Secondary Student in Canada attending a College or University. Read the Official Rules

How Do I Make The Final Table?

Beginning January 16th at 7 PM EST we will have qualifiers each Wednesday and Sunday where the top three finishers from each week will advance to the Online Finals which will be played Sunday May 25th at 7PM EST.

The 112 qualifiers will then play in our final online event. These 112 will play until we have eliminated all but one final player. This player will win $9000 Canadian towards his/her tuition and also a trip to Las Vegas to play in the World Series of Poker and a chance at millions of dollars. This is an all expense paid package to Las Vegas.
